1. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for domestic orders. You’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can watch your tea make its journey to you.
Currently, we only ship within the US, but expanding to international shipping is on our horizon! We’re working hard to make it possible as soon as we can, so tea lovers around the world can enjoy Inlustria blends.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We want your tea to arrive as perfect as your first sip! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
To request a return or exchange, email us at inlustriatea@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
We may ask for a photo of the item(s) to help us process your request quickly.
Please Note: Shipping costs for returns are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if something is missing, reach out to us within 7 days.
We’ll do our best to replace or refund the item promptly. Our goal is to make sure your tea experience starts off stress-free.
4. Our Discretionary Right
While we’ve outlined our policies above, we understand that sometimes life happens — packages get lost, tea spills, or unexpected issues arise. In these rare cases, we reserve the right to handle situations at our discretion to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.
This means that, on occasion, we may:
Offer exchanges or refunds outside the standard policy timeframe.
Provide store credit or other solutions if a replacement isn’t feasible.
Determine whether a return is appropriate for the situation.
Make judgment calls to ensure your experience with Inlustria is positive and stress-free.
